My First Teachers Pay Teachers Product!

I have to admit... I'm kind of technologically challenged. I feel like it's unacceptable in this day and age to be technologically challenged when you're in your 20s, but hey, I'm learning.

So, the first goal was to create a blog. I'm still in the process of making it look user-friendly and inviting, but hey, I'm learning. My next goal was to create an account on Teachers Pay Teachers to actually sell stuff. I already had an account to follow my favorite sellers and buy wonderful products, but I wanted to get my stuff out there as well. So, check that goal off the list because my first product is up on there and it's free! Everyone likes free!

So, here it is!

Math Mountains is a strategy that has been pushed in our curriculum with the new CCSS. My firsties were struggling to remember their partners of total numbers and so therefore, the game was created. To play, students are set in groups of two. Each set of partners has a die or dice and they take turns rolling the dice. For example, if they are working on partners of 4, one student rolls the die and hopefully gets 1, 2, or 3. If so, he/she would write the number in the first circle. If not, it's the other student's turn. They roll until they get two partners of the total number. Easy-peesy-lemon-squeazy. And, the kids love it!
