I’m linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for her fun weekly linky party! I’m worried this won’t be a very exciting post though. We had three snow days this week! So, what on earth do I talk about?
I have to post the most exciting part of the week first. Introducing this little girl who has completely stolen my heart…
This is why I didn’t post last night. We drove about an hour and a half to meet this little lady who completely stole the mister and mine’s hearts. I am just so in love with her. We get to bring her home at the beginning of March. I’m so excited to bring her home.
Yesterday was our first day back at school since Monday. Monday seriously feels like it was so far away! I had mixed feelings about going back. I was stir crazy from being inside for three days straight, but there’s always that why-do-I-have-to-get-up-and-be-in-real-clothes feeling. When the kids started coming in, one of my sweeties gave me this sweet little note. Definitely the ultimate pick-me-up! Love how she spelled eyes by the way (yeyee’s)!
With that time off, I had the opportunity to sit at my computer and finish something that I was really excited about. It’s a pack all about the -ing family. I am loving these graphics from Graphics From The Pond.
I don’t have a picture for this, but I’m much too excited to not share about it! I started my masters program fall of 2013 and am happy to announce my graduation date is May 3rd! Sweet love, my goodness am I excited?! I worked on my action research project all three snow days… While watching Dexter (I’m obsessed. Seriously, don’t know how I never watched this show before. Thank goodness for Netflix!). Anyway, it’s taken a lot of work and I’m so ready to be done and to celebrate!
Lastly, I’m part of a fun giveaway! It went live today! An Apple for the Teacher is hosting a HUGE giveaway to celebrate some big milestones! A big congrats to her for getting 300 followers on bloglovin’ and 330 on TPT! AWESOME! Click the picture to take you to the giveaway. It’s huge, I tell you- over 60 people donated! I seriously suggest you check it out!
Have a fabulous weekend!

how cute is that puppy!! and kids notice the smallest details that we do or wear. I have girls always remembering my shoes or outfits. The sparkle comment from your kid is the best.
